Erecruit - Sync Onboarding Information Process No Longer Halts on Disabled Users
Erecruit
An issue was resolved where the Sync Onboarding Information process in Erecruit would stop completely if it encountered a disabled user during the user sync step, which caused all remaining sync activity to halt — preventing newly created agency documents, recruiter accounts, and document status changes from syncing between Erecruit and Onboarding365.
Why does it matter?
The sync process now handles disabled user accounts gracefully, skipping deactivated recruiter or vendor manager accounts without interruption. This fix ensures the full sync completes successfully even when disabled users are present, improving reliability and preventing delays in onboarding data synchronization between Erecruit and Onboarding365.
